About WestJax Outreach

  WestJax Outreach, founded in 1988 by St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, is the only not-for-profit providing multiple services to Jacksonville’s Westside. This ministry is a coordinated effort of Christian Churches seeking to fulfill Mathew 25:35-36, clothing the needy, feeding the hungry and healing the sick in the name of Jesus Christ. To accomplish this we have established and are maintaining the following three programs:

1) The Lord’s Pantry: provides free food assistance and prayer counseling.

2) Baby Luv Pregnancy Center: provides free confidential pregnancy testing, options counseling, maternity clothes, baby clothes and other baby items.

3) Healing Hands Medical and Dental Ministry: provides free medical and dental care to the uninsured who qualify based on income.
